Yourgene Genomic Services offer Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) of genomic alterations including Single Nucleotide Variants (SNV), insertions and deletions, copy number changes and structural variations using Illumina® or Ion Torrent sequencing technologies.
Targeted Sequencing
We offer a range of custom or off-the-shelf panels for targeted sequencing. Working with our manufacturing partners, bespoke library manufacture can take as little as 4-6 weeks using a universal target capture technique.
